Day 1: Arrival in Sauraha | Sunset and Elephant Visit

  • Arrival in Sauraha around late morning or early afternoon.
  • Check-in at your hotel
  • Free time to relax and refresh.
  • In the late afternoon:
  • Enjoy a pleasant walk to the banks of the Rapti River to admire a breathtaking sunset over the jungle.
  • In the evening:Visit the Elephant Breeding Center or observe elephants at their camp.
  • Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2: Jungle Exploration | Canoe Ride and Nature Walk

  • Early breakfast.
  • Traditional wooden canoe ride on the Rapti River ,Opportunity to spot crocodiles, water birds, and other wildlife.
  • Continue with a guided jungle walk accompanied by two experienced local naturalist guides.
  • Search for wildlife such as deer, monkeys, exotic birds, the one-horned rhinoceros, and, if you're lucky, even sloth bears or the majestic Bengal tiger.
  • Picnic lunch in the jungle
  • Return to Sauraha in the late afternoon.
