Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,3500 m)


Welcome at Tribhuvan International Airport by our team and private transfer to your hotel. After a long journey, you can relax or explore the vibrant streets of Thamel, full of trekking energy, mountain gear shops, and warm Nepali hospitality.

Day 2: : Kathmandu Sightseeing trek Preparation (1,350 m)


Today we explore UNESCO World Heritage Sites including Boudhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple with your guide. In the afternoon, expedition briefing, permit checks, and preparation for the Mera Peak climb.

Day 3: Drive to Phaplu (2,413 m)


Scenic journey through hills, rivers, and rural landscapes of eastern Nepal. This long but beautiful drive takes you deeper into the Solu region, gateway to Everest and Hinku Valley.

Day 4: Phaplu – Kharikhola – Panggom (2,850 m)


Short jeep transfer to Kharikhola, then trekking begins. The trail passes through Rai villages, farmland terraces, and peaceful forest paths. A gradual climb leads to the remote village of Panggom.

Day 5: Panggom – Ramailo Danda (3,276 m)


We walk through rhododendron forests and quiet ridges with increasing Himalayan views. The trail becomes more remote, peaceful, and deeply natural.

Day 6: Ramailo Danda – Chhatra Khola (2,800 m)


We descend into dense forests and cross rivers inside a wild and untouched Himalayan environment. This is a true wilderness trekking experience.

Day 7: Chhatra Khola – Kothe (3,580 m)


We enter the beautiful Hinku Valley, following the river upstream. The scenery becomes more alpine with stunning views of peaks and glaciers.

Day 8: Kothe – Thangnak (4,350 m)


We continue deeper into the valley, surrounded by snow-covered peaks and dramatic landscapes. The air becomes thinner and more powerful.

Day 9: Thangnak – Khare (5,045 m)


We climb gradually to Khare, the base camp area of Mera Peak. This is where the mountain feels very close and real.

Day 10: Acclimatization Day in Khare (5,045 m)


A very important day for altitude adaptation. We hike above Khare and practice basic climbing techniques like crampon use and rope safety.

Day 11: Khare – High Camp (5,780 m)


We climb onto the glacier zone. The terrain becomes icy, steep, and spectacular. High Camp offers breathtaking sunset views over the Himalayas.

Day 12: SUMMIT DAY – Mera Peak (6,476 m) – Return to Khare


Very early start before sunrise. We climb slowly but strongly toward the summit of Mera Peak (6,476 m). From the top, a magical 360° view opens: Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, Kanchenjunga far in the distance. A life-changing moment of emotion and achievement. After celebration, we descend back to Khare.

Day 13: Khare – Kothe (3,580 m)


We descend back through the Hinku Valley. Breathing becomes easier as we return to lower altitude. A relaxing and satisfying day after the summit success.

Day 14: Kothe – Thuli Kharka (4,300 m)


We climb again through forests and ridges, enjoying final views of Mera Peak and the surrounding valleys.

Day 15: Thuli Kharka – Lukla (2,860 m)


Crossing the high pass, we descend steeply toward Lukla. This is the final trekking day and a moment of celebration with your team.

Day 16: Buffer Day (Safety Day)


Extra day reserved for bad weather, flight delays, or summit flexibility.

Scenic 30–35 minute flight back to Kathmandu. Free time to rest, shop, or celebrate your successful expedition in the city.

Day 18: Final Departure


Transfer to the airport for your international flight. End of an unforgettable Himalayan journey.
